How to Update a Call

Updating a Call by End Users (Customers) involves either attaching a file, or adding a description to the call. 

  1. Attach a File to the Call by clicking on the Attach Files  icon to open the form shown below:

 

 
 

  1. Add a Description to the Call by clicking on the Add New Note  icon.
  2. Close the Call.
Note:  You cannot Close the call without providing a comment or reason in the Description field.
 
 

Note: If you are a Master Account User, the update functionality will be available for all Contacts within your account.

1.4. How to Log a Support Call

To Log your own support call onto the Kaba UK support system

1. Click the 'Login' button on the top tool bar

 

 

2Click the 'Calls' button

3. Click 'Add a Call'

 

 

  Enter a brief description of your fault in the 'Problem / Issue' field. Enter a fuller fault desripction in the 'Description Box'

 

4. Click the 'Send' button to log the call into the system

5Click the 'Send & Attach' button if you wish to include an attachment with your call

After logging a call you will receive an Email containing full details of your call.
